Services

Bathing

Treat your pet to a luxurious bath. Our special cleansing baths remove dirt, debris and pet odor. Your pet will feel fresh and revitalized. If scratching is a problem, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that stop the itching. Complimentary services include ear cleaning and nail trims.

Boarding

Pets are like our children – we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. Our highly qualified kennel attendants do the same when you can’t be there. Kennels are kept clean and sanitary at all times and we provide supervised outdoor walks several times daily to keep them happy and active.

Day Care

Need a place to board your pet while repairmen are in your home or you need to leave your pet unsupervised for an entire day? We provide daily day care service during the hours we are open for those special circumstances. Your pet will receive the same care and attention as our longer term boarding guests.

Dental Care

Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet’s teeth and health. Because your pet doesn’t brush every day, tartar and plaque can build up over time. Excessive buildup can lead to gum disease which can affect your pet’s heart, liver, and kidney functions. We use modern ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly, above and below the gumline. We descale, polish, and give a fluoride treatment to ensure your pet’s ongoing dental health.

Emergency & Critical Care

We offer emergency care for our patients.

Full Service Medical Care

Sometimes, even with preventative checkups, our pets become ill just like we do. When your pet displays behaviors not normal to them, for example, lethargy, lack of appetite, having accidents in the house, it’s time for a visit. We urge you to call for an appointment when you first begin noticing symptoms that your pet may be feeling unwell. From diagnosis to treatment to ongoing maintenance we will work with you for your pet’s best continued health.

Fully Stocked Pharmacy

We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field.

Hospice & Euthanasia Service

Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet’s comfort and dignity.

House Calls

We offer house calls by appointment only.

Integrative Medicine

Our clinic embraces the holistic approach to pet health and wellness. We balance traditional medicine with acupuncture.

Microchipping

Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. Microchipping identifies your pet in the event they are lost through an emergency or theft. It’s a simple, painless procedure that can be done during a routine visit or when your pet is spayed or neutered. If you haven’t already, consider microchipping for your peace of mind.

Nutritional Counseling

Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. We stock a variety of Hill’s Science Diet Maintenance and Presciption foods, and we will work with you to choose the right diet for your pet.

Pain Management

Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care. Pain management is offered in the form of traditional medications as well as acupuncture.

Radiology (X-Rays)

Radiology (x-rays) is an important diagnostic tool used to evaluate your pet’s health, should a trip to the clinic become necessary. X-rays can be used to evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular (cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive, and urinary systems.

Surgery

We offer full service surgical care. All patients are carefully screened for safety, and anesthetics are specially tailored to your pet. Surgical services and facilities include: fully trained veterinary and technical staff to ensure the safest, most efficient procedures for your pet, advanced sterilization techniques, full blood testing, heated surgery tables for greater comfort, ECG and oxygen saturation monitors, and personally monitored recovery and after care.

Wellness Exams & Vaccinations

Annual wellness exams and vaccinations help keep your pet healthy. We suggest, in addition to a physical exam and vaccinations, a heartworm test, and flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives. We also offer fecal tests to check for internal parasites. We encourage you to spay/neuter your pet, and we offer speciliazed blood tests for all of life’s stages.
